Position Description:
- Each month reconcile checkbook and update spreadsheet
- Clinic; record expenses and income
- Pay bills and deposit income
- Pageant; record expenses and income
- Turn in spreadsheets with year end financial information to IPRA CPA at end of fiscal year April 30
- Organize advance ticket sales for pageant events and manage selling platforms, such as Eventbrite and Paypal
- Work with Pageant director to determine what ticket prices will result in profit
- Be present at pageant (or designate someone at the pageant) to:
- Have the credit card or checkbook present
- To get the startup cash
- To collect money at each event selling tickets or merchandise
- To make deposits as needed throughout the week
- Write checks for monetary prizes given out at the pageant
- Coordinate with Pageant/Contestant Director or whomever collects entry fee and ad money from contestants
- Work with pageant director and clinic director on budgets/strategies before planning big events
- Provide profit/loss reports on pageant/clinic before and after the events to all board members
- Provide current bank total on all phone conferences in which they are present
- Attend and participate in MAJORITY of phone conferences (approx. 8 per year total)
