Nominations close on March 8, 2020. The board will vote and announce in the weeks following.

Position Description:

Coordinating and sending reminders of scheduled meetings.
Attending all meetings
Recording Minutes during meetings and distributing a copy by email to board members.
Recording votes for pageant judges elections and Board members elections or any other selections that need to be voted on etc...
Working closely with all board members and Queen to advance and support the success of the Miss Rodeo USA pageant and Association.
Attend and participate in MAJORITY of phone conferences (approx. 8 per year total)
