* No expenses covered by MRUSA Assoc. - Photographer will be responsible for all meals and lodging. However, you can set the price for your time and ownership of all images from the week (to be provided via online storage site or external hard-drive). The MRUSA Assoc. will then purchase the images from you for that set fee.
** MRUSA Assoc. will provide one hotel room from Jan 13-20, 2020 and meals at all ticketed events. (Meals at drop in locations, such as BBQ between events will be on their own. In exchanges for expenses paid for the week, photographer will provide all images from the week (to be provided via online storage site or external hard-drive)

To provide no fewer than 10 images (with or without edits) by 10pm each day of competition for promotional reasons I understand that the general public will not be allowed to take photos/videos but the MRUSA Association has the right to photograph and video any aspect of the pageant To my knowledge, I do not have a conflict of interest in working with the MRUSA Assoc. (such as knowing a contestant well) I agree to send no fewer than 5 example images that as examples of my work to missrodeousainfo@gmail.com to accompany my bid *
