Position Description:
- IFR/Pageant Program: Create all sponsor ads/75+(with information provided by sponsorship director), manage and organize all ads turned in by contestants, provide all association information to contracted printer (schedules, prizes, contestant info, alumni photos, judge information, directors’ letters, etc.)
- Sponsorship Tracking: Maintain list of all sponsors including name, address, contact information. Include sponsor levels, sponsor amounts, source and person responsible as well as all other relevant information. Will report activity and goal tracking monthly to Board of Directors. Prepare sponsor list for photographer at pageants and clinic. Be present at first photo shoot with MRUSA to verify that all sponsor items are photographed. Ensure that we get proper photos for cash sponsors. Help organize all future photo shoots to ensure all items have pictures for advertising.
- Autograph Sheets: Responsible for design and printing. Confirm all sponsors recognized and organize information to give to graphic designers.
- Photography: Work as main contact with pageant photographer to ensure we get the images we need for sponsors and ads at all events.
- Event Advertising: Assist the Pageant Director(s) and Clinic Director in advertising for events
- Printed Materials: Assist MRUSA in creating all printed material (business cards, farewell reception invitations, etc)
- Thank You Packets: At each event, make sure contestants sign thank you notes and/or programs for sponsor packets.
- Website: Maintain MRUSA website. Add/modify content per Chairman, Pageant Director(s), Clinic Director and others as needed.
- Board Meetings: Attend and participate in MAJORITY of phone conferences (approx. 8 per year total)
