​Nominations close on Wednesday, March 22, 2022. The board will vote and announce in the weeks following.
 
Position Description:​

1. Research and present fundraising ideas to the Board of Directors for the Teen and Miss pageants
2. Assist Clinic Director in fundraising, sponsorships, etc for annual clinic
3. Assist Pageant Director in fundraising, sponsorships, etc for the Teen and Miss competitions
4. Coordinate and manage fundraising campaigns. Track sales, order and ship supplies to contestants for fundraisers. Confirm requirements are met as needed.
5. Sell ads to corporations for IFR program
6. Research grants available
7. Source funds available from  local A&P’s, Economic development agencies, etc.
8. Auctions:  Secure items for pageant auction and promote auction to increase attendance, focusing on potential buyers.  Create list with description of contestant auction items and descriptions to be placed at each table at Gala.  Create event poster and silent auction item lists for distribution at hotel, local community, IPRA committee meeting etc.
9. Board Meetings:  Attend and participate in MAJORITY of phone conferences (approx. 8 per year total)

 
* This position will/will not be provided ONE hotel room for the duration of the pageant.
