Position: Clinic Director

Position Description:

Set the date, time and location of the clinic
Advertise (mostly social media) - coordinate with PR/Advertising director for this
Be the primary contact for participants
Handle the payments and expenses to report to treasurer
Create agenda for the clinic
Arrange for guest speakers
Coordinate with sponsorship director for goodies
Invite formers and sponsors
Communicate with current MRUSA what role will be - beginning 30-60 days in advance
Arrange for meals and host hotel discounted rate
Update and expand clinic binder/materials as well as all presentation material (slideshows)
Printing and assembling clinic binders
Attend and participate in MAJORITY of phone conferences (approx. 8 per year total)

* This position will NOT be provided a hotel room at the pageant. However, their accommodations will be provided for by the MRUSA Association at the clinic at designed host hotel for this event.

Do you have others in mind that you could potential ask to be a part of your sub-committee and help you with the tasks of this position? *

Are you available to attend the pageant each year during your term (approx. 3rd week in January in OKC) or do you have limitations on the days you can attend? *

Generally speaking, are you available once per month for a phone conference (usually at 6pm on Sundays or Wednesdays) *
