Sara McClaine calls the city Apple Valley within the Golden State of California home. She is the 25-year-old daughter of CJ and Julie McClaine and currently attends the California Polytechnic University of Pomona majoring in the pre – vet program and University of Phoenix majoring in business. When she is not working or studying, she can be found on the back of her heel horse Rocket. Sara is selfless in her endeavors and volunteers to make the lives of those around her better. She is a competitor that is determined and destined for the winner’s circle even when faced with adversity. She is extremely driven and hardworking and ensures that each task is done to completion. She supports and loves her country and all of our nation’s veterans.

Why do you want to be Miss Rodeo USA 2021?

Rodeo is America’s true treasure, and as Miss Rodeo USA 2021 I want to be a blend of hope, strength, and determination while promoting our western heritage. As I travel and meet fans from all walks of life, I would like to bring out the inner cowboy in everyone and turn them into true rodeo fans. America was founded on the hope of a new beginning and rodeo is a reminder of the past which makes us who we are. I want to put my stamp on the rodeo legacy that has been created by the professional cowboys of the IPRA and the cowgirls of MRUSA. As the next Miss Rodeo USA, I want to continue to educate young and old alike about our western way of life and how important it is to remember to thank those who have fought to keep this great nation safe.
